Appeal Court overturns Wiltshire village green registration due to local plan housing proposals

The Court of Appeal has overturned the registration of a site in Royal Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire as a town or village green (TVG) after a judge decided that the land had been identified for development in the council's local plan and was therefore not entitled to the protected status.
