Limited use floodlights accepted as appropriate despite heritage harms

A controversial scheme for floodlighting at a football pitch in a Buckinghamshire village have been approved with no harm to the green belt or area of outstanding natural beauty and less than substantial harm to nearby heritage assets, including listed buildings and an adjacent conservation area, being outweighed by the public benefits to the community in general.
