The councils that approved and refused the most household extensions under PD rights in 2018

Outer London boroughs attracted by far the largest numbers of prior approval applications for larger household rear extensions under permitted development (PD) rights in 2018, yet one authority in the capital refused almost two-thirds of such applications, an analysis by Planning has found.
