Pressure group claims 'Whitehall clique' behind Oxbridge growth corridor plans

Plans for the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor, which include construction of up to a million new homes by 2050 and a new road link between the two cities, have been developed by a "small clique in Whitehall" without adequate public consultation, a planning and transport pressure group has claimed.
