One third of post-2012 local plans face housing need increase in next two years, research says

Almost 60 per cent of councils with post-2012 adopted local plans will have to review them in the next two years, with more than half of those plans likely to see increases in their local housing need figures under the new standard method, according to research by consultancy Lichfields.
