Temporary gypsy site allowed in green belt on weight of emerging allocation

An inspector has allowed a temporary permission for seven traveller pitches in the Gloucestershire green belt accepting time-limited harm to the green belt would occur but holding that the lack of suitable alternative sites and personal circumstances of the applicants outweighed this harm.
