Camping and lodge site inappropriately located away from settlement

A hybrid application seeking permission for 6 lodges and 12 camping pods, shop, reception and WC/shower blocks, and full permission for the change of use and siting of holiday accommodation, excavation of lakes and construction of road, footpaths and parking areas and associated landscaping was refused in open countryside in Lincolnshire as an inappropriate location for a tourist facility, harmful to the character of the area and with insufficient evidence to exclude harm to flood risk and local habitats and wildlife.
