Curtilage building appropriately sized to accommodate proposed uses

A building measuring 80m2 sited within the garden of a dwelling in Surrey was not excessively large to enable the appellant and his family to use it as a music room, gym and games room. On this basis an inspector agreed that it was permitted under Class E of Part 1 to Schedule 2 of the GPDO 2015 and issued a LDC.
