Static holiday caravans unacceptably harmful in place of touring caravans

The extension of an area of static holiday caravans into an area granted permission for touring caravans and tents, without complying with conditions, at a holiday caravan park in Kent has been refused for harm to the character and appearance of the area and residential amenity of prospective occupiers, despite the overall number of units being less than that originally approved.
