Inappropriate housing mix ratio adds to proposal's social sustainability inadequacies

71 dwellings and associated infrastructure on the edge of a settlement in Nottinghamshire were refused for their unacceptable housing mix, lack of affordable housing and harm to the living conditions of existing and future residents. These adverse social effects were sufficient to outweigh the benefits of the new homes in an area of housing shortfall.
