West Lindsey decided to adopt its CIL charging schedule on 13 November 2017. Vale of White Horse will begin the implementation of the levy in the District from 22 January 2018.
Adopted rates include:
- Four residential development zones with charging rates for houses of £25, £15, 20 and £0 per square metre;
- No charge for apartment developments;
- Convenience retail will be charged £40 per square metre;
- No charge for all other commercial uses.
