Housebuilders agree with Khan to offer London homes to UK buyers first

London mayor Sadiq Khan has announced a new voluntary agreement with housebuilders to restrict sales of new-build homes with a value of up to £350,000 to UK-based buyers for up to three months, arguing that the move will be quicker to implement than 'any measures that could be secured through the planning system'.
