Diary: Suffragette city

First, to Manchester, where Diary hears that consultancy Turley has submitted plans to immortalise one of Manchester's most influential historical figures, British Suffragette leader, Emmeline Pankhurst. If approved, the statue would be located in the city's central St Peter's Square. Turley provided planning services for the project, working on a pro bono basis.
