Attleborough Neighbourhood Development Plan - Referendum results published

The referendum result on the Attleborough neighbourhood development plan was published on 23 November 2017.

In a referendum on whether Breckland Council should use the Attleborough neighbourhood plan there was a 93.1% vote in favour of using the plan. The referendum was held on 23 November and had a turnout of 29.7%.

The Examiner's report on the Attleborough neighbourhood plan was issued to Breckland Council in August 2017. The Examiner found that provided modifications were made the plan could proceed to a referendum.

Attleborough Town Council had submitted a draft neighbourhood plan to Beckland Council for a consultation that took place between 6 April 2017 and 19 May 2017.

Attleborough Town Council had published its pre-submission draft neighbourhood plan for a previous round of consultation that took place betweeen 7 July 2016 and 17 August 2016.

The application from Attleborough Town Council to be the designated body to produce the neighbourhood development plan was approved by Breckland Council on 29 October 2013.
