Inspector blocks 400 Cheshire homes despite 'marginal' five-year supply

A planning inspector has dismissed an appeal against a Cheshire council's refusal of plans for 400 homes, despite recognising that the council's ability to demonstrate a five-year housing land supply was 'marginal and, potentially, in doubt'.
