Waddesdon Neighbourhood Development Plan - Referendum results published

The referendum result on the Waddesdon neighbourhood development plan was published on 19 October 2017.

In a referendum on whether Aylesbury Vale District Council should use the Waddesdon neighbourhood plan there was a 94.0% vote in favour of using the plan. The referendum was held on 19 October 2017 and had a turnout of 41.5%.

The Examiner's report on the Waddesdon neighbourhood plan was issued to Aylesbury Vale District Council on 18 August 2017. The Examiner found yhat provided modifications were made the plan could proceed to a referendum.

Waddesdon Parish Council had submitted their draft neighbourhood plan to Aylesbury Vale District Council who publicised the plan for consultation between 19 May 2017 and 3 July 2017.

Waddesdon Parish Council had published its pre-submission draft neighbourhood plan for a previous round of consultation that took place between 5 December 2016 and 10 February 2017.

The application from Waddesdon Parish Council to be the designated body to produce the neighbourhood development plan was approved by Aylesbury Vale District Council on 1 April 2015.
