Berry, who is also minister for the Northern Powerhouse, will speak at the Institute of Economic Development's annual conference in London on Thursday 23 November.
Presentations from Berry and other senior speakers, including Tom Walker, director of the Cities and Local Growth Unit at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Department for Communities and Local Government, will help delegates get up to speed with emerging government economic development policy.
Delegates will also gain the latest insight from expert commentators on Brexit and the other big economic development issues of the day.
Speakers include former commercial secretary to the Treasury Lord O'Neill and the economist Vicky Pryce.
