Need for on-site accommodation at fishing and glamping site not proven

The owner of fishing lakes in Worcestershire was unable to prove that there was a functional need for a mobile home which he claimed was necessary to ensure the safety and well management of the facility. In dismissing the appeal an inspector also rejected plans for the construction of three fish re-stocking lakes and four glamping holiday units.
