Edlesborough Neighbourhood Development Plan - Referendum results published

The referendum result on the Edlesborough neighbourhood development plan was published on 5 October 2017.

In a referendum on whether Aylesbury Vale District Council should use the Edlesborough neighbourhood plan there was a 88.3% vote in favour of using the plan. The referendum was held on 5 October 2017 and had a turnout of 44.9%.

The Examiner's report on the Edlesborough neighbourhood plan was issued to Aylesbury Vale District Council on 28 July 2017. The Examiner found that provided modifications were made the plan could proceed to a referendum.

Edlesborough Parish Council had submitted its draft neighbourhood plan to Aylesbury Vale District Council who publicised the plan for a consultation that took place between 6 April 2017 and 18 May 2017.

Edlesborough Parish Council had published their pre-submission draft neighbourhood plan for a previous round of consultation that took place between 8 December 2016 and 27 January 2017.

The application from Edlesborough Parish Council to be the designated body to produce the neighbourhood development plan was approved by Aylesbury Vale District Council on 2 November 2015.
