Structural stability of barn suitable for conversion but farmyard location favours rejection

In ruling in favour of an appellant who claimed that a portal-framed building in Derbyshire was capable of being converted to a dwelling under Class Q of Part 3 to Schedule 2 of the GPDO 2015, an inspector decided that its siting within an operational farmyard was inappropriate.
