Court backs rejection of 121 homes on basis of old local plan policies

The Court of Appeal has backed a High Court judgement which overturned a planning inspector's approval for 121 homes on the edge of a Northamptonshire village, after ruling that key saved policies in the council's local plan were not 'time-limited'.
