New openings to dovecote would harm grade II* curtilage listed building

A domestic library from a dovecote attached to a converted barn in a village in Oxfordshire was refused for its less than substantial harm to the special architectural and historic interest of the grade II* building of which it formed part, with no obvious public benefits.
