Report warns over 'real risk' to government's land disposals target

A government pledge to release enough public land for 160,000 homes by 2020 could be in jeopardy because at least 50 per cent of identified sites are considered 'high risk' and may not be available for housing, a report by the Parliamentary spending watchdog has said.
