Aberaeron wins Wales' Best Place competition

Aberaeron, the seaside town on Wales' west coast, has been crowned winner in Wales' Best Places competition, a nationwide contest organised by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Cymru and which celebrates the places protected, carefully planned or improved by the planning system for communities.
