Berkshire council's local plan faces six-month delay

A district that includes part of Prime Minister Theresa May's constituency has been advised to delay the submission of its draft local plan until April 2017 after a legal review found 'significant potential risks' in the document which would mean it would 'almost certainly be immediately rejected by the Planning Inspectorate'.
