Inspector awards costs over 350-homes Milton Keynes refusal

A planning inspector has allowed an appeal and awarded costs against a Buckinghamshire council over its refusal of plans for 350 homes, after he ruled that there was 'little evidence' for the local authority's claim that the scheme would result in 'an unwelcoming environment for pedestrians and cyclists'.
