Offshore wind turbine decision upheld after Supreme Court challenge

Trump International Golf Club in Aberdeenshire failed to persuade the Supreme Court that the Scottish Ministers had been wrong to grant consent under section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for up to 11 wind turbines approximately four kilometres from the course and resort, the company's arguments on the unlawfulness of the decision being rejected.
