Variation of retail condition allowed given granting of LDC

A proposed variation of a condition to allow unrestricted Class A1 non-food retail use in 15 per cent of the sales floorspace at a Warwickshire Homebase store has been allowed due to the existence of a recently granted lawful development certificate (LDC).
