An inspector reported the sole issue to be the impact of any possible noxious emissions on the living conditions of nearby residents. He considered the 50 metre distance between the wood waste unit and any nearby residents was sufficient to allow for the adequate dispersal of any possible smoke and fumes and would not be detrimental to their or others' amenity. He felt the location of the system was a suitable one and that overall the proposal complied with paragraph 122 of the NPPF.
