Fracking (Measurement and Regulation of Impacts) (Air, Water and Greenhouse Gas Emissions) Bill 2015-16

This private member's bill will require the secretary of state to measure and regulate the impact of unconventional gas extraction on air and water quality and on greenhouse gas emissions; and for connected purposes.

The bill was presented was presented to Parliament on 9 December 2015. This is known as the first reading and there was no debate on the Bill at this stage. This Bill is expected to have its second reading debate on Friday 29 January 2016.
