The Examiner's report issued to Bracknell Forest Borough Council on 3 December 2015, has recommended that the Binfield Parish neighbourhood plan should, subject to modifications, proceed to a referendum. The report also includes the necessary modifications to the plan.
Binfield Parish Council has submitted its draft neighbourhood plan to Bracknell Forest Borough Council who are publicising the plan for a consultation that takes place between 12 October 2015 and 23 November 2015.
Binfield Parish Council had published its pre-submission draft plan for a previous round of consultation that took place between 15 June 2015 and 10 August 2015.
The application from Binfield Parish Council to be the designated body to produce the neighbourhood development plan was approved by Bracknell Forest Borough Council on 11 February 2014. The application was submitted on 16 October 2013.
