Welsh Newton and Llanrothal Group Parish Council have published their pre-submission draft neighbourhood plan for a consultation that takes place between 26 October 2015 and 7 December 2015. Once the consultation has ended responses will be considered before a draft is submitted to Herefordshire District Council.
The application from Welsh Newton and Llanrothal Group Parish Council to be the designated body to produce the neighbourhood development plan was approved by Herefordshire District Council on 29 January 2013. The application was submitted on 13 December 2012.
