Affordable housing threshold in ministerial statement quashed as unlawful

A challenge by two Berkshire councils to the government's decision to RAISE the threshold for affordable housing provision to sites of ten units or MORE has succeeded, with the High Court concluding that the approach is incompatible with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
