High quality equine facility supports static caravan for worker

A condition which had been imposed on a planning permission for a manege and which also permitted the retrospective change of use of part of a farm in Lincolnshire, to an equestrian centre, and which prevented the retention of a static caravan site, was removed an inspector persuaded that there was a need for somebody to live permanently on site.
