Incidental use claim rejected given scale of works for new buildings

A claim that three buildings proposed to be erected within the curtilage of three dwellings in north-west London fell within the terms of Class E of Part 1 to Schedule 2 of the GPDO 1995, was firmly rejected by an inspector who had serious misgivings about the engineering works required to allow their construction and the nature of the proposed uses.
