Residential units prevented by ancillary office use ruling

The conversion of a 2,100m2 office block in east Yorkshire to 27 residential units under Class J of Part 3 to Schedule 2 of the GPDO 1995 has been rejected because they formed part of a large site used in the production of industrial generators which fell within Class B2.
