Experts to address energy and sustainability conference

Representatives from local authorities, campaign groups, consultancies and legal firms are due to address a conference on energy infrastructure and environmental sustainability later this year.

The conference, organised by Planning, is due to take place on December 2 in London.

The event will bring together the key players involved in planning for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability in order to share practical advice, top-tier knowledge and have genuine discussions to tackle the key issues at hand, together.

Amongst the speakers are Laura Kitson, green infrastructure co-ordinator at Central Bedfordshire Council; Kate Henderson, chief executive of the Town and Country Planning Association; Naomi Luhde-Thompson, planning advisor for campaign group Friends of the Earth and Richard Buxton, senior partner at Richard Buxton Environmental and Public Law.

More details on the event can be found here.
