High Peak Local Plan - Strategy submitted to Secretary of State (Examination Update)

The High Peak Local Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State on 28 August 2014.

An examiner will be allocated and the strategy will then be inspected. Examination hearings are expected by High Peak Borough Council to happen in November or December 2014, and anticipate that the plan will then be adopted in February 2015.

The Draft Local Plan was published on 23 April 2014 for a public consultation that ended on 23 June 2014. A list of minor modifications was then published in July 2014 prior to the submission of the Local Plan.
