The Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) (Amendment) Regulations 2014

These Regulations amend the Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) Regulations 2012 (the "2012 Regulations"). Their main purpose is to apply, for the purposes of neighbourhood planning referendums, changes that have been or are to be made to the legislation relating to the administration of parliamentary and local government elections.
