Tesco store refused due to sequentially preferable alternative site

A recovered appeal for mixed-use redevelopment in Somerset comprising 6,300 sq.m of A1 retail, creative work space totalling 4,850 sq.m, office space totalling 2,610 sq.m of offices, 220 sq. m of community space, 10 residential houses and a basement car park was refused by the secretary of state due to a sequentially preferable alternative site.
