Section 52: Obtaining information about interests in land (Planning Act 2008)

A planning inspectorate advice note has been issued which sets out advice on how an applicant who proposes to make, or who has made a Development Consent Order ('DCO') application under the Planning Act 2008 may apply for authorisation to serve a written notice ('a land interests notice') which requires the recipient to provide information to the applicant about interests in land under s.52 of the 2008 Act.
