Look at how you can keep DCP Online up to date with the addition of the latest appeals feature.

Latest Appeals List

You can now view the latest and most important appeals for all major DCP sections. This means you can instantly gain an understanding of the very latest position that planning inspectors are taking when interpreting policy or legislation. To display this list click on the COMPASS logo < > on the right hand side of the chapter heading which will instantly list the planning appeals available on the far left hand side of the screen where the table of contents usually displays. To read a description or to download the full decision letter* click on the 9 digit reference number.

This new development means you can immediately view the latest appeals in your area of interest thereby saving yourself valuable research time and money. This service is provided as part of your DCP subscription at no additional cost. Please note this list shows the most important  cases and refers specifically to the section you are viewing. Planning Appeal Abstracts

DCP Online has always cited planning appeals within the text to demonstrate how certain areas of planning law and guidance have been interpreted.  From today you can now conveniently read a full description of the appeal cited within DCP Online. This will help you gain a fuller understanding of all the issues that were dealt with during that appeal and therefore decide if you should download a full copy of the appeal from COMPASS Online.  To access the full appeal description simply click on the   image next to the 9 digit appeal reference number.
