To view the latest appeals for any major DCP section and help you understand the latest position inspectors are taking when interpreting policy and legislation click on the COMPASS logo on the right hand side of the chapter heading. This will instantly list the planning appeals available on the far left hand side of the screen where the table of contents usually displays.
To reveal the contents again, click on contents tab at the top of the appeals column.
This new development means you can immediately view the latest appeals in your area of interest thereby saving yourself valuable research time and money. Please note this list displays onlty the most important cases since the last time this section was updated. It refers specifically to the section you are viewing. To undertake a bespoke search use using COMPASS Online or contact us on 01452 835 820 to carry out an expert search.

To read a description or to download the full decision letter* click on the 9 digit reference number. This will open up COMPASS Online in a new window, you may receive a security warning asking if you want to go to COMPASS Online, click yes.
To download the full decision letter you will need a separate account with COMPASS Online.
