Local authority's insistence on rural employment space overruled

The conversion of two Worcestershire barns to a live-work unit has been allowed, with an inspector deciding that the proposal would lead to sustainable reuse of the buildings despite the council's policy preference for employment reuse of redundant rural buildings.
