Planning manifesto details cultural change

There are calls for culture change in all our major institutions: banks, the press, the police, the BBC, in education and welfare. In 1995 the then Deputy Prime Minister also called for such change.

More recently the current Prime Minister has added his voice. We may feel this is unfair, but it needn't be as long as we have a vigorous and open debate. This goes beyond system changes; it includes planning education and current practice. My own Manifesto is available on for interested parties.
