Caravan park clubhouse allowed as disturbance fears found overstated

The partial use of a storage building at a Yorkshire caravan park as a clubhouse with a beer garden has been granted permission on the basis that it would not harm nearby residents' amenity, with an inspector noting that it would reduce guests' need to drive to nearby centres for entertainment.
