Community Engagement in Planning Under Localism
Date: 17 November
Time: 5.30-8pm
Venue: Room N118, Northern Terrace, Leeds Metropolitan University
Cost: Free

With the Localism Bill moving ever closer to enactment and the new local and neighbourhood plan-making regulations almost upon us, this seminar will look at best practice in community engagement and how this might fit in with the new neighbourhood planning agenda. The speakers at the event will be Tony Mullin, a freelance consultant, and Roger Newton, director of community participation consultancy 3Ps. The seminar counts as three hours of continuing professional development. To book a place at the seminar, please contact Trish Cookson at RTPI Yorkshire on 01262 605972 or at yorkshire@rtpi.org.uk
