Preston redevelopment secures consent

The government has granted permission for the Preston Tithebarn development following an inquiry in June.

The scheme, featuring a new bus station, revitalised market space, a cinema, cafes, bars, offices and homes, will be taken forward by partners Lend Lease, Preston City Council and Lancashire County Council.
