Go-ahead for eco-town access road

East Devon District Council has granted planning permission for the first section of a spine road which would allow developers access to the site of the proposed Cranbrook community.

It will be located on land east of Station Road, Broadclyst and north of the old A30 and will provide an essential link through the first phase of the scheme to a proposed new station.
