Plans submitted for Gloucestershire homes

Welbeck Strategic Land has submitted a planning application for a mixed-use sustainable urban extension including up to 550 homes to the north-west of Bishop's Cleeve, Gloucestershire.

The proposal, known as Cleevelands, has been submitted to Tewkesbury Borough Council and includes a community hall, sports pitches, extensive open space, areas for biodiversity improvements and an extension to existing allotments.
